WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Masters (or Bachelors degree) or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years experience in O2C environment with the focus on AR

Functional competencies:

  • Highly skilled O2C domain expert with previous roles in Order Management/Supply chain roles/Tax roles
  • Preferred experience in B2B and B2C or Tax
  • +5 years experience working with SAP R3/S4
  • Previous experience in development and deployment with IT related projects.
  • Experience in developing the processes and systems related to servicing customers in FMCG and international company
  • Additional functional skills which will be beneficial but are not a must:
  • Knowledge of cloud e-invoicing portals

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

As an OTC Product lead you will assess, document and support the standardization of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, including detailed analysis, process mapping and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth to the standardized E2E global process. Support implementation of new processes in the pilot markets. Facilitate continuous improvement.

You will:

  • Collect and analyze data related to O2I processes to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and innovation, influenced by e-invoice laws
  • Project management related to e-invoicing
  • Creation of project documentation and standardization
  • Facilitate the discussions between legal, tax, finance departments
  • Support system upgrades, platform integration, and process improvements.
  • Analyze and resolve recurring issues to improve processes
  • Participate in process enhancement and new solution implementation.
  • Evaluation of ad-hoc change requests from the market and determine the necessity and prioritization of the requested change
  • Perform a gap analysis between current processes and proposed standardized processes to identify areas of change
  • Document and map out all variations in the O2C process at a market level to identify commonalities and differences
  • Provide support from a functional business process perspective during the design, implementation and roll-out of a technology solution
